In honor of his anniversary with Maanayata, Sanjay Dutt shared a moving video montage that included their most treasured moments together. In the caption that followed, he wrote, “Happy anniversary Mom, thank you for being the best part of my life and thank you for the 2 most wonderful children you have given me, love you the most Mom, I will always be by your side even after the end of the world, love you and happy anniversary.”

On February 7, 2008, Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata Dutt were married in a secret ceremony in Goa. On October 21, 2010, they had twins, a girl called Iqra and a boy named Shahraan, two years later.
