Recalling the Late Rituraj Singh: A vintage treasure with Shah Rukh Khan – Image

The sudden death of well-known actor Rituraj Singh has created a vacuum in the entertainment sector and prompted contemplation on his influential career. A moving old photo of Rituraj Singh and Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan together, showing a treasured moment from the past, has emerged as friends and coworkers grieve.
Rituraj Singh, Deepika Amin, and Divya Seth Shah are all in the same black-and-white portrait as Shah Rukh Khan.

This photo dates back to Rituraj and Shah Rukh Khan’s theatrical days, when they were trained in acting by Barry John.

Rituraj Singh liked to reminisce about Divya Sheth, Deepika Deshpande Amin, Shah Rukh Khan, and himself in the theatrical company that had brought them together. Every year, the group—which also included Amar Talwar—travelled to Kolkata for their performance, where they made priceless memories that Talwar’s expert photography helped to document. Another amazing photo shot by @amarthetalwar during our fabulous TAG days was posted by Rituraj on Shah Rukh’s birthday in 2022. The photograph was also taken by Talwar. @iamsrk, happy birthday! Many blessings ❤️❤️❤️

During their time on the theater, Rituraj, Shah Rukh’s senior, was essential to King Khan’s first stages. The late actor would often speak warmly of their working relationship, highlighting Shah Rukh Khan’s commitment to education and their mutual experiences in the casting process. Both artists were undeterred by the rumors and conjecture that surrounded their partnership, choosing to put their friendship above outside gossip.

Beyond the stage, their friendship continued with games of football and joint work on films such as Arundhati Roy’s ‘In Which Annie Gives It Those Ones,’ for which they were nominated for a national award.
This old school classic featuring Shah Rukh Khan pays homage to their long relationship and mutual love of the storytelling craft, even as the industry grieves the death of Rituraj Singh.
