Sarath Kumar, Ilayaraja, Radhika, and Sivakarthikeyan Arrive at Polling Places to Cast Their Votes in the Lok Sabha Elections

As part of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, well-known artist Ilayaraja and Tamil actors Sarath Kumar, Radhika Sarath Kumar, and Sivakarthikeyan went out to cast their ballots in Chennai. On Friday, April 19, the first round of the seven-phase voting process started. One of the earliest states to hold elections was Tamil Nadu. Several individuals turned up to cast their ballots, including Sivakarthikeyan, Sarath Kumar, his wife Radhika Sarath Kumar, and Ilayaraja, according to recordings that have surfaced online.

Sarath Kumar and his spouse Radhika were seen traveling to the Kotivakam voting place in videos posted on X to cast their ballots. In the meantime, Sivakarthikeyan went to Chennai to vote with his spouse. Ilayaraja, on the other hand, was seen voting in T. Nagar. Additionally, director Vetrimaaran was seen by the cameras using a voting booth to cast his ballot.

Ajith Kumar and Rajinikanth have also finished casting their votes. Rajinikanth encouraged everyone to vote at a press conference after casting his ballot. He said that declaring that one has not cast a ballot is not a sign of pride. He went on to say that voting is a civic obligation and he encouraged everyone to do so.

Ajith was seen casting his ballot at the Thiruvanmiyur voting station in the meantime. The actor reportedly arrived at the voting place at 6:40 in the morning and waited until it opened at 7 am. Ajith was spotted voting while wearing white, and he even posed for pictures with his tattooed finger on display.
