The ‘Haddi’ trailer pits Nawazuddin Siddiqui against Anurag Kashyap

Fans have been fascinated by actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s portrayal of a transgender person in the forthcoming streaming movie “Haddi” ever since the film’s first trailer surfaced. On Wednesday, the much anticipated movie’s trailer was released.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Anurag Kashyap play the key roles in the movie, while supporting cast members include Ila Arun, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Saurabh Sachdeva, Shridhar Dubey, Rajesh Kumar, Vipin Sharma, and Saharsh Shukla. The first line in the trailer is said by Nawaz’s character, who describes his revenge as the worst thing in the universe.

As we see his regular colleague Anurag Kashyap make an appearance as a bad character who has injured Nawaz’s family in the movie, it then begins to explore the history of his role.

The 2-minute, 25-second clip has a number of gruesome scenes, blood, gore, drama, and a ton of retaliation served up cold.

The story of Haddi, a rookie transgender played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who travels from Allahabad to Delhi to join a gang of transgenders and rises to the top of the criminal food chain to exact revenge on a powerful gangster turned politician played by Anurag Kashyap is told against the backdrop of modern ruin in NCR, Gurgaon, and Noida.

Akshat Ajay Sharma, a newcomer, is the director of the intense noir vengeance drama.

Anurag Kashyap stated this in regards to the movie: “I am proud of Akshat and the effort he put in to make ‘Haddi’ what it is. I’ve worked with Akshat for many years as an assistant director, and I was fortunate to receive a front-row seat as an actor in his first film as a director. The film “Haddi” is sexy, passionate, dramatized, dramatic, and unlike anything you have ever seen.

In addition, fans will like Nawaz in this unlikeable yet poignant role since he has once again exceeded himself, he said. Haddi will be released soon, and I am eager for fans to experience a wild trip while watching this criminal revenge drama.
