This program, not Sacred Games, Delhi Crime, or Jamtara, is the first Indian series on Netflix to trend internationally for a month

Popular programs from Netflix have been available in India. A few examples of series that garnered affection on the site include gloomy criminal thrillers like Sacred Games, Jamtara, CAT, Guns and Gulaabs, and non-fiction programs like The Romantics and The Hunt for Veerappan.

None of the previously listed series, meanwhile, have come close to matching the new non-fiction program’s standard. This program makes history as the first Indian serial to air on Global 10 Non-English TV for four weeks in a row.

The Great Indian Kapil Show, starring Kapil Sharma, is the first Indian television show to trend in the Global Top 10 TV Non-English for four weeks running. The weekly program has received a great deal of affection from devoted viewers, which has contributed to its enormous success—and this is just the beginning.

Bela Bajaria, the chief content officer of Netflix, traveled all the way from Los Angeles to India. She and Tanya Bami, the series head at Netflix India, and vice president of content Monika Shergill met with the cast of The Great Indian Kapil Show, which includes Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover, Rajiv Thakur, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Archana Puran Singh.

Now broadcasting weekly on Netflix, The Great Indian Kapil Show never fails to enthrall viewers with its all-star cast and lighthearted repartee. The next episode has Kapil welcoming Aamir Khan. The charming presenter Kapil Sharma teases Aamir Khan with his signature banter, getting frank answers from the actor.

The Dangal actor has discussed why he decided not to attend movie awards ceremonies, highlighting the importance of time. Much-anticipated, the program promises another enjoyable episode for audiences to enjoy. When asked about his absence from award presentations, Khan responded with customary humor, saying, “Time is precious, use it wisely.” Netflix is now offering The Great Indian Kapil Show for streaming.
