When Swara Bhasker was gifted with her daughter Raabiyaa last year, her life underwent a stunning change. She just got married to activist Fahad Ahmad and is loving every second of becoming a mommy.

Raabiyaa reaches seven months old, and Swara Bhasker is thrilled.
The pair received their first kid on September 23, 2023, after being married to Fahad Ahmad in February of the same year. The tiny one reached seven months old on April 23, and her mother, actress Swara Bhasker, announced the good news to the world.

The Raanjhanaa actress posted a sweet video of herself enjoying time with the infant on her Instagram. In the video, Swara is seen giving the infant plenty of kisses and affection before grabbing her mother’s hair and tugging at it. She begs “Raabi” not to do it, sweetly and gently, while the small one strikes her in the face.

“My heart is seven months old today and my eyes are nearly gouged out and my face has been clawed multiple times!” the mother said, sharing the footage. My newly born feral is getting used to using her paws! Seven months.

Along with sharing the adorable photo, she also tagged her husband Fahad in it. “My heart is 7 months old today,” was her caption.

The couple celebrated Raabiyaa’s birthday with Chhathhi a few days after the baby was born. The Veere Di Wedding actress shared a glimpse of all the practices and traditions that were observed, such as the mother of the child performing the folk ballad “sohar” on certain occasions.

She sent a lengthy message explaining more about it, writing, “The kid is a mish mash of the mish mash we are… She thus has 62.5% UP, 12.5% Bihar, and 25% Andhra. And celebrating is something I’m always up for, along with representation! 🙂 Furthermore, since our wedding, we’ve learned that Muslims and Hindus in North India have similar cultural customs, which confirms my conviction that despite our differences, love and happiness will always find a way to communicate! In Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and other parts of India, people commemorate Chhathhi, or the sixth day after a newborn’s birth, by dressing their kid and themselves in hues of turmeric or haldi and donning kaajal on them to ward off bad spirits known as “nazar.” I’m performing a well-known “sohar”—celebration songs for new babies.

Regarding her career, Swara Bhasker’s next film will be Mrs. Falani.
