‘We Didn’t Deserve To Lose…’ is how Shah Rukh Khan REACTS to KKR’s defeat against RR. Watch

After the team lost to the Rajasthan Royals, Shah Rukh Khan doubled as a cheerleader for the Kolkata Knight Riders. On Tuesday night in the current IPL 2024 series, KKR fell by two wickets against RR. While the team did not deserve to lose, Shah Rukh added, “this seems to be a part of God’s plans” in his address to KKR players and coach Gautam Gambhir. He continued by telling the players not to worry and to get ready for the next match.

Shah Rukh addressed the players in the locker room in a video posted by KKR’s official account, saying, “There are days in our lives, in sports especially, when we don’t deserve to lose.” There are also times when we don’t deserve to succeed. But they are the kinds of days that make things different. In my opinion, we didn’t deserve to lose today. We all played very well together. We need to feel really proud of who we are. Please try not to be depressed. Keep the euphoria going by feeling as joyful as we do anytime we enter the changing room.

“What matters most is the energy within each of us. We have a wonderful spirit here, on the field, and I believe that everyone is connecting on a personal level. So please keep doing it. Best wishes to everybody. To be honest, I’m very pleased of the way we all played today. I believe that everyone has already picked a name, therefore I won’t even mention names. Gautam Gambhir, don’t be depressed. Everybody would be rebounding back. God’s purpose for today is this, SRK continued.

“I believe this is what we would prefer then, as Rinku says. God’s intentions for us to return are bigger and better. God bless you all, and thank you all,” he said as he wrapped off his remarks. Check out the video below:
