In Tamil Nadu, Rajinikanth participated in the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 by casting a ballot. The famous Tamil man was seen leaving the house to cast his ballot while wearing an all-white ensemble. On Friday, April 19, the actor was seen casting his ballot early in the morning at a voting place at Stella Maris College in Chennai. The star was spotted entering the voting booth in pictures and videos that went viral online, and he was immediately surrounded.

Rajinikanth was shown waiting for his time to cast a ballot in a video that was posted on X. After the procedure was complete, he displayed his tattooed finger. Rajinikanth talked with the reporters as he was leaving. He asked everyone to vote in his message to the media. He said that declaring that one has not cast a ballot is not a sign of pride. He went on to say that voting is a civic obligation and he encouraged everyone to do so.

A little time after Ajith Kumar was sighted casting his ballot, Rajinikanth was observed. Ajith was seen casting his ballot at the Thiruvanmiyur polling station in footage that went viral. The actor reportedly arrived at the voting place at 6:40 in the morning and waited until it opened at 7 am. Ajith was spotted voting while wearing white, and he even posed for pictures with his tattooed finger on display.

On Friday, the first round of the seven-phase Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu began with voting. June 4 will see the announcement of the outcome of the fierce contest among the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK).
