One of the biggest factors is changes in lifestyle. The quantity of physical exercise that children engage in nowadays has declined. Lift use, car and office automation, work-from-home policies, and other factors have made kids more sedentary and increased their likelihood of obesity, which raises the risk of heart disease.

Increased junk food intake, alcohol use, and smoking have all been linked to heart disease. Within veins and arteries, the chemicals in cigarette smoke cause the blood to thicken and clot. A clot-related obstruction may result in a heart attack or unexpected death. Consequently, give up smoking and adopt a healthy eating plan.
