According to an affidavit, Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s son reportedly recorded a “sex tape” with a young suspect

Tyler Boebert, the son of Congresswoman Lauren Boebert, was also engaged in creating a “sex tape” with a female child who was one of his co-suspects, according to a newly made public affidavit.

The cops were informed by a child that their friends had been sharing the footage. But Tyler isn’t facing any charges connected to the purported sex video.

An investigation is being conducted into the situation.
“This is an ongoing investigation, no further information will be released at this time,” the police said on Facebook. They said that unless a suspect is found guilty in a court of law, they are all assumed innocent.

According to the affidavit, a lady complained to the police on February 20 that her wallet had been taken from her parked vehicle the day before, prompting them to launch an inquiry. A card that was used four times on February 19 and 20 was found in the wallet. Another attempt at using the card was an unsuccessful purchase of $717 worth of merchandise from the online retailer Shein.com.

According to the authorities, they were notified of four instances of car trespassing altogether. They were able to identify four suspects—three men and one woman—using CCTV video and bank data. Tyler was identified as the culprit because he was sporting a sweatshirt with the Shooters Grill logo, which was formerly owned by his mother, Lauren Boebert.

Tyler will accept “accountability for his deeds”: Laurence Boebert
According to the affidavit, Tyler consented to speak with an officer outside of his house before being interrogated and taken into custody. According to the Garfield County prison records, after a court hearing on February 28, he was released on a personal recognizance bond. April 11 is his next scheduled court appearance, according to Colorado Public Radio.

According to a statement made by Lauren Boebert, her son “will take responsibility for his actions and should be held accountable for poor decisions just like any other citizen,” as Westword stated.

“I love my son Tyler, who has been through some very difficult, public challenges for a young man and the subject of attention that he didn’t ask for,” she said, expressing her support and love for her son.

“Seeing my kid in this predicament and suffering is heartbreaking, particularly considering how many chances he has had to turn his life around. I’ll always be there for him and I won’t give up on him.
