One hour after uploading, the White House removes images of special troops helping the Hamas hostage issue

The US administration has expressed regret for unintentionally disclosing the names of several of its special soldiers who were sent to Israel to help with the hostage rescue operation.

President Joe Biden and a member of the Army’s top counterterrorism unit, the Delta Force, are shown shaking hands in a picture that the White House shared on its official Instagram account. The image also showed the faces of three other Delta Force troops as well as the soldier who was welcoming Biden and a distinguishing tattoo on his arm.

After an hour, the image was removed, but not before it amassed more than 6,100 likes and became viral on social media.

A spokeswoman for the White House said, “We regret the error and any issues this may have caused.” The spokeswoman also said that the picture was shot during Biden’s recent trip to Israel, when he met with Prime Minister Netanyahu and pledged US assistance in the hostage situation.

The hostage situation is the outcome of a significant assault on Israel on October 7 by Hamas, the terrorist organization in charge of Gaza. another 1,400 Israelis were killed and another 4,200 were injured as Hamas launched thousands of rockets and sent dozens of terrorists into Israeli communities.

In addition, as witnessed in horrible images, Hamas grabbed at least 100 female captives and paraded them around the streets.

Netanyahu declared war on Hamas and threatened to make them pay “a price they have never known.” He said that Israel will use every military and diplomatic tool at its disposal to release the captives and restore order.

According to health authorities in Gaza, the Israeli response has resulted in at least 3,000 Palestinian deaths and more than 12,500 injuries.

The Israeli government has revealed that 203 captives, including Americans, are still being held by Hamas.

According to the US administration, it is closely collaborating with Israel and other partners to provide information and expertise in order to assist in the hostage release.

The US also denounced Hamas for their “barbaric” assault and demanded that the violence stop right now.
