Islamabad Former Pakistan President and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has been admitted to a private hospital in Karachi after feeling "troubled". This information has been given by the party. The Pakistan People's Party (PPP) tweeted on Sunday, "Doctors are examining them as necessary." The party has not given detailed information. It said that "on Sunday evening, Zardari felt difficulty after which he was admitted to the hospital".
'Dawn News' reported that Dr Asim Hussain, a longtime aide of the former president, told a private news channel that Zardari was brought to the hospital due to low sugar level. The Express Tribune reported that PPPineta was admitted to the emergency hospital of a private hospital in Karachi. However, it did not name the hospital. Zardari, who was facing several corruption cases, was granted bail on medical grounds by the Islamabad High Court after which he was released from jail in December last year. Zardari is facing many corruption cases in the big money laundering scam that surfaced in the year 2018.
