According to the district’s chief medical officer (CMO), Bhavtosh Shankhdhar, Ayush Goel was hospitalized to the hospital three days ago and tested positive for NS-1 (dengue), as well as having multiple organ syndrome.

In Rajnagar, 50 homes next to the dead person’s home will be surveyed for dengue larva. Additionally, fogging has been done and will be done across the district.

Two new dengue cases, according to the CMO, have been found. Goel had traveled to Haridwar with his family on July 27. While there, he had a fever and began taking medication.
