PM Modi Invites P20 Members for 2024 Elections: “2019 Saw Biggest Democratic Process in Human History”

On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized that the world must go ahead with a human-centric perspective and that the tensions and confrontations it is now experiencing are not beneficial to anybody.

In his speech at the opening session of the ninth G20 Parliamentary Speakers’ Summit (P20), he said that we must reduce barriers to international confidence.

According to Modi, this is the moment for peace, fraternity, and progress as a group. His comments were made against the background of a weekend of heinous assaults by Hamas terrorists against Israeli communities, which led to new tensions in the area.

The prime minister said India has been dealing with cross-border terrorism, which has taken thousands of innocent lives, since the assault on Parliament House around 20 years ago. He said that the world was now aware of the size of the danger posed by terrorism. He said that all forms of terrorism are against humanity.

The G20 presidency guaranteed celebrations in India throughout the year, and the moon landing added to the festivities, the prime minister noted.
