A girl from Karnal ranks 280th in the Civil Services Exam

In the UPSC-Civil Services Exam 2023, Ananya Rana of Karnal secured the 280th position. The results were released on Tuesday.

In the 12th grade at Dyal Singh Public School, Sector 7, Karnal, she was the best student. She completed her M in Chemistry at IIT Gandhinagar after earning her B Sc from Dyal Singh College in Karnal. She won a gold medal for both her post-graduation and graduation from Kurukshetra University. Her qualification as a 53rd rank Haryana Civil Services 2021 qualifies her for training as an Assistant Excise and Taxation Officer.

She attributes her accomplishments to her parents, grandparents, and educators. She wants to use her full potential to help the country. She promises to do her utmost to serve the nation.
