Senior consultant Dr. Dilip Gude of Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad said that a complete strategy with a well-balanced diet and frequent exercise is necessary for managing weight reduction in a sustainable way. Even if pomegranates are rich in fiber and low in calories, you still need to follow a healthy diet in order to lose weight or promote hair development.
