A Nampally court punishes a 26-year-old male to 16 days in jail for acting inappropriately toward a lady

A 26-year-old youth was given a 16-day jail term by the Nampally Court for misbehaving with a lady.

The accused, 26-year-old Mohd Irfan Ali, misbehaved with the lady when she declined to ride the bike with him.

In response to the victim’s complaint, Ali was the subject of a case.

“She returned home from the vegetable market on August 11. She was on her way home when a bike carrying an unidentified rider stopped in front of her. She declined to ride the bike when the accused urged her to. According to the complaint, the defendant “hit her on the back and fled quickly.”

The culprit, Mohd Irfan Ali, was sentenced by the Nampally Special Metropolitan Magistrate to 16 days in jail, according to the police.
