Allegations of “poisoning” Mukhtar Ansari led to his cardiac arrest and death. An Overview of Gangster’s Health Issues

Mukhtar Ansari, a gangster-turned-politician who was incarcerated, died on Thursday at the Banda Medical College in Uttar Pradesh after a heart attack. According to his attorney, the former head of the Samajwadi Party (SP) was admitted to the hospital earlier as his health deteriorated.

The gangster’s relatives claimed that Ansari was poisoned when he was being held captive when word of his death leaked out. Ansari complained of stomach ache and was sent to the intensive care unit (ICU) of a hospital in Banda early on Tuesday. After arriving in the hospital, his brother and Ghazipur MP Afzal Ansari claimed that he had been given poison while incarcerated.

In numerous Uttar Pradesh districts, there have been increased security measures implemented. Additionally, the state has implemented prohibitory orders under section 144 of the CrPC, and teams from the CRPF have been stationed with local police in Banda, Mau, Ghazipur, and Varanasi.

Ansari’s corpse will be given to his son, Umar Ansari, on Friday after a post-mortem performed by a team of two physicians that will be captured on camera.
