Asaduddin Owaisi, the head of AIMIM, claims that the BJP has omitted the phrase “minorities” from its platform

AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi said that the BJP hates minorities and that the saffron party even omitted the term “minorities” from its platform, referring to them as “marginalized.”

According to Owaisis, AIMIM would stand for Anupriya Patel’s Apna Dal (K) in Uttar Pradesh during the Assembly elections, and the party will also back Anand and Prakash Ambedkar in Amaravati, Maharashtra.

“I’ve noticed the advertising published by the BJP in a number of publications on April 17. Please notice that ST and OBC are mentioned when they discuss government financing or assistance for starting a company. Not only does the BJP not want to talk about minorities, but it also ignores Muslims. The Indian Constitution uses the phrase “minorities,” and Owaisi said that the BJP despises the word.

“The term minorities has not been spoken by them. They claim that underprivileged populations would get scholarships,” he said.

He said that Muslims and Dalits had the highest rates of school dropouts, and that the BJP has made intentional efforts to raise the dropout rate in the Muslim population.

The Hyderabad Lok Sabha member urged people to consider their concerns before voting for any party, claiming that there is a danger to the Constitution, rising intolerance towards minorities, and a high unemployment rate in the nation.

According to Owaisi, the BJP may discuss elevating the nation’s economy to the third rank in the world, but growth must take per capita income into account.

Even though his party and the AIADMK had previously had talks in Tamil Nadu, he said that since the latter was then a member of the NDA, the talks never really took off. But after leaving the NDA and declaring its opposition to the CAA and NRC, the Palaniswami-led party emerged as the strongest in the southern state during the Assembly elections and is predicted to do well in the Lok Sabha elections as well.
