“BJP encounters opposition even in its bastions”: Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has said that the BJP is facing renewed opposition even in its strongholds and that, in a desperate attempt to contain the opposition, the Union government is threatening and coercing them.

The BJP administration seems to be becoming more desperate by the day. They are taking extreme steps that go beyond what is reasonable. Significant losses have been suffered by the BJP, particularly in areas where they claim to have strong support… A fresh wave of opposition to the BJP has emerged as a result of long-simmering grievances, demonstrations, and opposition to its capricious policies. In a nutshell, he told TNIE in an interview that an anti-BJP movement is emerging nationally.

“Now that two CMs are behind bars…,” Pinarayi stated, alluding to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s incarceration. These two will be instantly deemed innocent if they choose to switch to the BJP. We’ve seen several examples of them. Is there anybody who can remember such overt systemic abuse from the past?

According to him, the INDIA bloc is a plan to unify all secular parties capable of cooperating against the BJP. According to the current circumstances, a decision on how to proceed would be made when the BJP is defeated, he said.
