BJP Leader, Three Others Arrested By Rajasthan Police For Raping A Woman
According to reports on Sunday, police in Pali, Rajasthan, have detained a local BJP leader and three other people for allegedly raping a mother and sexually assaulting her adolescent daughter.
The survivors have had medical evaluations, and the police have opened an inquiry.
Mohanlal Jat and three other people, including two women, were named in a rape and molestation charge made by a lady, according to Circle Officer (Sojat City) Mrityunjay Mishra.
Jat is a BJP local leader.
According to the officer, who was responding to her allegation, “She met Jat a month ago regarding a deal for a plot on a residential project.”
She said that Jat and another man named Mahesh Chandak had sexually assaulted her and her adolescent daughter. There were supposedly two more ladies involved.
Jat has refuted the accusations, however.
He said that the police had informed him about the matter and that he would assist them in their inquiry.
