Congress will pay dearly if Mandi’s interests are disregarded: CM Jai Ram Thakur, formerly

Former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said today that the Congress will pay a price for neglecting the development of the Mandi district in the next Lok Sabha elections. “Development projects initiated by the previous BJP administration in the district have been halted by the Congress government. He said, “How will Congressmen approach people in such a situation and ask for votes?”

Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the chief minister, will face consequences from the people of Mandi district, according to Thakur, for his vindictive actions. “The state government, led by Sukhvinder Sukhu, is working to close the university that the BJP government granted to Mandi,” he said. The Shivdham project is no longer being worked on at all. The construction of the planned airport in Balh has not progressed even after receiving all necessary approvals. Additionally, construction of a Mandi College has come to a standstill. Because of all of this, the people of Madi are furious with the Congress administration, and the Congress will have to pay the price for this fury when it manifests itself in votes.

Thakur came to the Hridayavasi Temple to participate in a Shrimad Bhagwad katha. He said, “The BJP’s ‘Sankalp Patra’ clearly outlines the nation’s vision.” One country, one election is something that Prime Minister Narendra Modi touched on in his manifesto. The nation would save thousands of crores of dollars when elections are conducted just once nationwide. It will also relieve the burden of having to deal with elections again. For a period of five years, the nation’s elected administrations will exclusively concentrate on development. However, the Congress will never agree with the BJP’s goal.

He complimented the leadership of the Central Party and the Prime Minister on the publication of the “Sankalp Patra.” According to Thakur, the BJP’s manifesto set goals for the next five years, including the Garib Kalyan Yojana’s free ration to 80 crore people, the Ayushman Bharat Yojana’s free treatment for all senior citizens over 70, and the Lok Sabha’s 33% reservation for women.
