Phagwara: An anonymous individual has been charged with carelessness and mischief causing death by the Nakodar City police. On the evening of March 3, Ramesh Kumar, a resident of Mohalla Gauns, Nakodar, reported to the police that his brother Chandar Mohan, 33, would be riding his motorbike home. His motorbike was struck by an unknown car close to a government school. The car accident claimed his life. A complaint has been filed under Sections 304-A, 279, 337, 338, and 427 of the IPC, according to investigating officer Harinder Pal.

Phagwara: A guy was detained by the Mehat Pur police on suspicion of selling illegally produced alcohol in the nation. The Udho Wal village resident, Sukhwinder Singh, also known as Kala, has been named as the suspect. Avtar Singh, the investigating officer, said that nine bottles of alcohol were found in his possession.
