Discover About The IAS Officer Who Disputed With Afzal Ansari During Mukhtar Ansari’s Funeral | Watch Ghazipur DM Aryaka Akhoury

At the gangster-politician Mukhtar Ansari’s burial on Saturday in the Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh, there was a fight. The district magistrate and Mukhtar’s brother, Lok Sabha MP Afzal Ansari, were embroiled in a dispute that centered on who had access to the burial site.

The burial service for Mukhtar Ansari, who died in Banda from cardiac arrest, gathered thousands of people from Ghazipur and the surrounding districts. The management of the sizable audience assembled for the final ceremonies presented a challenge to the district administration.

It is said that the district government barred certain people from going to the cemetery to place ceremonial dirt on Mukhtar Ansari’s tomb as part of the funeral custom.

Social media users have been sharing a video of MP Afzal Ansari saying that everyone should be able to donate soil. The DM underlined that if the directives from the authorities were not obeyed, legal action would be taken and highlighted prohibitory orders under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).

The video has Afzal Ansari, the MP for Ghazipur, stating, “You cannot stop anyone from offering soil.” Ghazipur DM Aryaka Akhoury responds, “Soil can be provided by family members.” Will everyone in the town pitch in soil? In response, Afzal Ansari said, “Anyone from anywhere who wants to offer soil will do so”.

In response to the DM’s reference to the district’s prohibitory orders and inquiry about whether permission had been obtained, Ansari said, “You cannot stop anyone from participating in a burial despite Section 144 (of CRPC).” According to news agency PTI, the DM warned that legal action would be taken and that the burial was being videotaped.

The atmosphere was calm even though some guests yelled slogans. Strategically placed security guards were used to control the encroaching throng. In order to keep the calm and prevent any untoward incidents during the funeral ritual, the local government has put sophisticated security measures in place outside Ansari’s home and the cemetery.
