Exclusive: Anupama Solanki visits Shani Shingnapur and Shirdi and remarks, “I find happiness in spiritual places.”

Famous for her program Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hain, actress Anupama Solanki recently made trips to Shani Shingnapur and Shirdi. She claims that her favorite method to unwind, revitalize, and strengthen her relationship with God is to visit places of worship.

“I have been to Shani Shingnapur and Shirdi twice already. I adore spiritual locations since I am a very spiritual person. However, this time, Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai, a new Sony TV program, was my main motivation for visiting Shirdi and Shani Shingnapur. I thought that I deserved blessings since, despite much perseverance and hard work, I am still getting wonderful offers from television. I went to both temples for that purpose,” she explains.

She describes her experience as “surreal,” adding, “I sense some odd vibes that I can’t explain everytime I visit temples. I believe that being born is a wonderful chance to bear God’s name, and I consider myself quite fortunate to be visiting temples at such an early age. I recently traveled to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir; before to that, I had visited Maa Vaishno Devi Mandir and the locations of Lord Shri Krishna in Vrindavan.

I was able to do my darshan with ease everywhere. But since it was so hot outdoors and my legs were hurting, I utilized VIP darshan for the first time in Shirdi. I was also pressed for time. I am appreciative to Shani Dev and Shirdi for calling me to their locations. Every time I go to a spiritual location, I feel at ease and optimistic. Everybody finds happiness in a different way. I find satisfaction in spiritual locations, yet many others find enjoyment in clubs and parties.

She continues by saying that she gets great comfort in going to temples and praying. I am slowly adhering to Sanatana/Hindu rituals. I’ve been reciting mantras. I’m having more fun and interacting with the spiritual realm more. When I think about God, I become a little “Nasha.” My thoughts clear, and I experience an increase in strength and vitality. I see miracles occurring to me all the time. I feel like I’m being protected sometimes. I’ve seen, and I sense God is watching out for me,” she declares.

“I don’t think about anything when I go on a spiritual journey,” she continues. I feel ecstatic when it occurs spontaneously, as if God is creating a spiritual path just for me. Because it allows me to breathe, I believe it to be really vital. It’s hard for me to put into words why spirituality is significant to me. Why, after all, do you adore your parents? You adore your family, but why? It originates inside.
