higher than average score! The DDA golf course in Dwarka is ready to offer you an advantage

By the end of June, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) hopes to welcome guests to its golf course located in Sector 24, Dwarka.

With a length of 7,377 yards, the 18-hole course is said to be the longest in the nation. With 26 platforms spread over two levels of the open-to-sky driving range, 52 players may practice at the same time.

“At first, it was intended to provide the public access to a portion of the facility early this year, but authorities emphasized that it would need some time for the grass to fully develop and cover the course.

If the facility had opened in phases at that time, the procedure may have been disrupted. Furthermore, we are currently working on developing an operating policy for this location. We want to provide a combination of pay-and-play options and subscriptions to enable as many individuals as possible to use the course. However, a final choice will be made after the policy is finalized, according to an official.

According to a DDA official, the course will include the largest driving range, fairways, greens, equipment for aspiring golfers, a separate facility for training under qualified international coaches, and a fitness center, in addition to ultra-dwarf grass and capillary bunkers that quickly drain excess water.

The longest facility currently in use is the Jaypee Greens Greater Noida Golf Course.

Since there is much acreage available, the Dwarka course may be enlarged. The project area is around 159 acres, of which 8.7 acres are being used to build a gold-class clubhouse.

“There will be steam, sauna, and massage rooms, a gym, eateries, a bar, a coffee shop, a pro shop, kid-friendly spaces, a doctor’s office, a conference room, and a multipurpose hall in the clubhouse,” the official had previously said.

There will be an open-sky driving range inside the clubhouse. In essence, a golf driving range is a place where players can work on their swing. According to the official, “the driving range building will have a separate dining area, fitness center, audio-visual room, and lounge.”

There will be a kid’s pool next to the complex’s swimming pool.

A sculpture of a golf ball surrounded by water will be located at the course’s entrance. In addition to a 160-space parking lot, there will be an additional 100-golf cart spaces.
