Karnal has so far recorded 6.9 LMT of wheat arrivals

Farmers in the area are actively involved in the wheat harvesting season, using combine harvesters and tractors fitted with harvesting equipment to maximize productivity.

According to the statistics, 6,91,446 MT have arrived at all grain markets and purchasing centers in the area so far. At the same time as the previous year, 7,11,481 MT were brought in altogether. The district had 7,52,052 MT in total arrivals last year. The farmers are concerned about a modest decline in total productivity as a result of the unusual weather that has been occurring over the last week and month.

Farmers are working really hard to harvest their wheat crop in spite of obstacles like changing weather.

“I grow wheat on around 25 acres, but last week I was unable to harvest the grain because of weather fluctuations. I’m now harvesting it. The fields will be cleaned in a few days, and the grain will go to the grain market, according to farmer Yashbir Singh.
