L&T and Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya sign an agreement

In collaboration with L&T EduTech, Dr Lankapalli Bullayya College of Engineering in Visakhapatnam is set to provide a college connect program for first and second year engineering students, as well as an employability skilling program for final year and pre-final year students.

To announce the start of these programs on campus, the universities inked an agreement. Through the teaching of essential technical and soft skills in their respective engineering fields, the initiative seeks to close the gap between industry and academia.

Dr. G Madhu Kumar, the college’s secretary and correspondent, said that since students were lacking real-world experience, the agreement gives them a chance to extend their perspectives and get real-world knowledge. Among those present at the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was MF Febin, business leader of College Connect at L&T EduTech.
