Man killed by burns after his bike was smashed in Chennai by a vehicle and a truck

When a 28-year-old guy’s bike was crushed between a vehicle and a container lorry in Manali, the man died from burns. The deceased, Sundarrajan of Andarkuppam near Ponneri, was employed on a contract basis with Indian Additives Limited (IAL), according to Madhavaram Traffic Investigation Wing police.

Early on Tuesday morning, as Sundarrajan was riding his bike along the Thiruvottiyur-Manali route, a van struck him from behind. As a result of the collision, the bike and the container truck traveling in the other way collided. On the one-way road, the vehicle was traveling the opposite way, according to a policeman.

The bike caught fire after being lodged between the two cars. Sundarrajan was consumed by flames before he could respond. The cops located his remains and transported it for a postmortem after receiving information. The van driver has been taken into custody and a complaint has been filed. Police said, “The driver escaped unharmed, but the van got completely burned.”
