Manish Tewari is not authorized to ask for Purvanchalis’ support: Tandon Sanjay

BJP candidate Sanjay Tandon fired another shot at Congressman Manish Tewari, his opponent, today by asking the head of the party where he was when COVID-19 hit and Purvanchal residents were frantically trying to go back to their houses.

“I gave free rations and oxygen to the underprivileged together with party workers. Tandon said, “I don’t understand why the Congress candidate is asking for votes in this race.

“Remember who has done the nation’s development and who has plundered it,” said the BJP contender. The Modi administration is pro-poor, and Modi himself is a development guarantee.

Speaking at a gathering at the grain market, Purvanchali residents in the city were assessing Tandon’s merits against laddoos.

The Purvanchal Prakosth organized the event. Prior to this, a sizable portion of the Mithila community in Bihar had declared their support for him.

Tandon spoke to the crowd in a classic “Purvanchali” manner while clothed in a saffron “gamcha.”

“There has been a long-standing need for a local applicant who can be at our disposal around-the-clock. Sanjay Tandon’s nomination has allowed the BJP to fulfill our aspirations. For the sake of society, it is now our duty to support him in the June 1 election, according to Papu Shukla, state convener of Purvanchal Cell.

Vegetable sellers and grain market store owners brought up a number of concerns with Tandon at the event, including the need for a road to be built within the vegetable market and a specific area with enough amenities for street vendors. If elected, Tandon promised to address their problems as soon as possible.

Tandon later that day went to a meeting hosted by the RWA members of the GMCH Sector 48 campus, where they brought up a number of complaints, including the need for an open gym, the installation of cameras, and traffic congestion. “Your problems are mine and I assure you of addressing these if I am elected,” Tandon said.

The BJP leader wished the people of the city a happy Mahavir Jayanti. Additionally, he took part in a number of religious events and programs that were held across the city.

Later, he paid his respects at the Nanaksar Gurudwara in Sector 28, where he also discussed the initiatives undertaken by the Modi administration at the federal level to benefit Sikhs.

Mauli Jagran rally

Sanjay Tandon, the BJP’s candidate for the Lok Sabha, spoke at a public gathering at Vikas Nagar, Mauli Jagran, here. On this occasion, the slogans “Humara Sanjay Tandon” and “Abki bar 400 paar” were hoisted.

Anil Kumar Dubey, a BJP politician and former deputy mayor, brought up several concerns with Tandon, including Lal Dora, leasehold to freehold, sports grounds, dispensaries, etc., and Tandon promised to find solutions.

Tandon applauded initiatives like Made in India and Startup India, arguing that they gave the country’s young unheard-of support, encouraging creativity and independence.

Devinder Singh Babla, the head of the BJP, Anil Kumar Dubey, Bimla Dubey, Ramvir Bhatti, Shaun Dubey, and other party employees were present at the ceremony.
