MDU employee accused of sexual assault

On suspicion of physically and sexually abusing a female coworker, a laboratory technician at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) in Rohtak was detained and placed under court supervision.

An FBI report was filed against Sunil Saini under Sections 323 (voluntarily inflicting pain), 376 (sexual assault), and 506 (criminal intimidation) due to a complaint made by a female university employee.

“On April 19, he came to my house when I was alone,” the complaint said. He pummeled me and pushed himself against me.The police said, “Samples have been taken and sent for forensic examination.”
