The NIA has framed charges against Kashmiri separatist and Duktaran-e-Millat founder Asiya Andrabi and two of his associates. The NIA has framed charges in Patiala House Court against Asiya Andrabi and its allies for waging war against India, sedition and terror conspiracy in the country.

Asiya Andrabi (56) is considered the first woman separatist leader of Kashmir. Asia is the founder of women's organization Dukhtaran-e-Millat. However, the Indian government has banned this organization. Pakistan's infamous terrorist Hafiz Saeed considers Asiya as his mouth-bending sister. Asia's organization is the women's wing of the Dukhtaran-e-Millat Hurriyat Conference. Asia is accused of waging war against the country.

Asia Andrabi has registered several cases every year on the occasion of Pakistan's Independence Day, including hoisting the Pakistani flag in Srinagar and inciting girls to protest against the security forces. Once on 14 August, Asia gave a very inflammatory statement. Asiya had said that people are either Muslims or Kafirs for her.

Asiya Andrabi is currently lodged in Tihar Jail in Delhi. In 2019, the NIA seized her house by clamping down on Asia. This house was purchased from the Terrorism Fund. The house was confiscated under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

The second phase of Corona Vaccination Drive in the country (Corona Vaccination Drive Second Phase) is starting from 1 March. At the same time, the center is planning a 2-day break in the middle of this campaign. According to a Reuters report, the Health Ministry said on Friday that it would stop vaccinations at the end of the week to upgrade the software that helped the campaign. The Health Ministry also said that due to increasing infection in some states, preparations are on to expand this campaign.

After the US, the country most affected by Corona infection in the world, India started vaccination in the country on 16 January. As of August, about 11.5 million health and frontline personnel out of the 300 million target have been covered in the vaccination drive. The ministry issued a statement saying that the vaccination drive is being expanded rapidly. A new version of the Kovin digital platform was launched at the end of the week.

Cowin app is being used for vaccination appointments and monitoring them. Apart from this, downloading this vaccination certificate is also done through this app. Initially, due to some problems in the software, the vaccination drive was a bit slow, due to which many states had to go offline for vaccination. Last month, a government official said that any kind of problems will be overcome with software updates. Kovin is a government app that is part of the Arogya Setu and Health Bridge. It has been downloaded by around 170 million people.

Vaccination program will start on a large scale from March 1

The vaccination program, which is starting from March 1, is starting on a very large scale, for which both the government and private sector have started a strong effort to strengthen their preparation. The central government is now taking steps to apply the corona vaccine to people above the age of 50 years. In such a situation, in order to vaccinate about 27 crore people of the country, the center had also announced the support of private sectors, so that the vaccination campaign can be completed in a short time.
