PM Modi will be joined by 15 “yajmans” in Ayodhya at consecration ceremonies

In addition to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who serves as the consecration ceremony’s “Mukhya Yajman” and hosts the puja, 15 additional “Yajmans” who have been selected from various societal segments will participate in the final puja on January 22.

Following the week-long ceremonies leading up to the “pran-pratishthha” on January 22, the PM, in his capacity as the “Mukhya Yajman,” is probably going to carry out the last ceremony of “Chakshu unmilan,” which is the opening of the presiding deity’s eyes.

The Prime Minister has already begun participating in the rites of the “pran-pratishthha” by making an 11-day “sankalp” (promise) and touring every temple in the country that has some connection to Lord Ram.

Along with their respective spouses, the other fifteen “yajmans” from various social classes, including Domraja of Kashi, will also participate in the consecration ritual.

Ramchandra Kharadi, ciarman, Banwasi Kalyan Ashram of Udiapur, Ram Kui Jemi of Assam, Gurucharan Singh Gill of Jaipur, Krishna Mohan of Hardoi, UP, Ramesh Jain Multani, Ajhlarasan Tamil Nadu, Vithhal Rao Kamble of Mumbai, Mahadev Gaikwad of Ghumantu (Nomadic) Samaj, Shri Lingraj Vasavraj Appa of Kalburgi, Karnataka, Dilip Valmiki of Lucknow, Anil Chaudhury, Domraja, of Kashi, Kailash Yadav, Kavindra Pratap Singh, also of Kashi, and Arun Chowdhury of Palwal, Haryana will participate in the consecration ceremony as Yajmans with their spouses.

On Monday, the PM is scheduled to arrive at the Ram Janmabhoomi premises at 11 am, having departed from the Ayodhya airport at 10.25 am. The PM is going to the temple at Hanuman Garhi.
