The BJP’s roadmap for the future of India is found in Sankalp Patra: Kishan Reddy

G Kishan Reddy, the union minister of tourism and the head of the BJP state branch, said on Sunday that the Sankalp Patra, the party’s Lok Sbha election platform unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is a blueprint outlining the saffron party’s vision for India’s future rather than a list of poll promises.

Speaking to reporters here, Kishan said that the BJP is totally dedicated to carrying out all of the Sankalp Patra’s promises.

He said, “The promises made in the previous election manifesto, including the construction of Ram Mandhir in Ayodhya, have been fulfilled by the BJP-led government under Modi’s leadership.”

Criticizing the Congress for criticizing the BJP, he said that he was prepared for an open discussion with Rahul Gandhi or Mallikarjun Kharge, the head of the AICC, on growth under the Congress and BJP regimes.

The growth of the nation and the wellbeing of its citizens are the main priorities of the BJP’s election agenda. In the next days, the nation will launch a number of development programs. The BJP’s primary priority for the next five years would be the development and upliftment of young, women, farmers, and the impoverished, he said. He also claimed that, as promised, the benefits of the free ration system will be extended to the poor till 2029.

“More efficient implementation is planned for the Ayushman Bharat initiative, which offers free medical insurance coverage up to Rs 5 lakh. Services for middle-class senior folks will be provided by Ayushman Bharat. With this program, Narendra Modi is offering affordable medical care and medications,” he said.

In addition, Kishan said that in the previous ten years, four crore houses have been constructed for the impoverished nationwide, and the party has now pledged to construct three crore additional homes in the near future. “As the nation’s premier educational institutions, we will quickly grow IITs and IIMs,” he said.

The Union minister said that the BJP is dedicated to putting women’s reservations in legislatures at 33%. “Under the Blue Revolution, we will support fish production and processing,” he said.
