“Voters are firmly against the NDA-BJP in 2024, and they won’t be returning,” said Manish Tewari

Manish Tewari, the leader of the Congress, said on Saturday that the Bharatiya Janata Party, which is now in power, is expected to lose the Lok Sabha elections because people were angry with them during the first round of the general elections, which ended yesterday.

“It’s evident from the first round of voting that the NDA-BJP is losing badly in these elections. Because of the previous ten years of poor administration, the public is utterly opposed to the government. In 2024, they won’t be returning, Manish Tewari said ANI.

Manish Tewari is the Congress candidate for the Lok Sabha constituency from Chandigarh. He will take against Sanjay Tandon of the BJP.

Prior to this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked all Indian voters for participating in Friday’s first round of the Lok Sabha elections, stating that it is clear that a record number of people are supporting the NDA, which is headed by the Bharatiya Janata Party.

On Friday, the first round of the Lok Sabha elections came to an end.

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav poked fun at the Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday after the conclusion of the first round of the Lok Sabha election. He said that the BJP’s “400 paar” film had become a huge failure on its first day of release.

There is no competition in the first round, according to Tejashwi Yadav, who told ANI that Bihar would provide unexpected results this time.

“In the first round, the Mahagathbandhan is winning all four seats. We’ve had block-wise meetings, and the responses we’ve received have been excellent. The BJP’s “400 paar” movie flopped miserably on its first day of release. Yadav said, “The people of Bihar are aware of this and will teach them a lesson.”

“In the first stage, there is no rivalry. As we have often predicted, Bihar will provide unexpected outcomes this time. He said, “They haven’t done anything to help the people of Bihar.

In the first phase, 21 States and Union Territories conducted polls.

The INDIA alliance aims to topple the BJP-led NDA, which is running for a third straight term in government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s direction.

The Election Commission released the poll schedule on March 16. Along with the Lok Sabha and four state assembly polls, there will also be by-elections to 26 assembly seats.

From April 19 to June 1, India will hold seven phases of the Lok Sabha elections to choose the 543 members of the 18th Lok Sabha. On June 4, the results will be made public.
