Ben Stokes declines invitation to T20 World Cup An England player withdraws from the IPL 2024, making him unavailable for an ICC event

Stokes had to postpone his knee surgery last year in order to lead England’s team at the World Cup in India after retiring from One Day International (ODI) play.
