Cristiano Ronaldo Discusses the Difficulty He Met After the Al Nassr Move

Cristiano Ronaldo has spoken openly about the significant contrast between living and playing in Saudi Arabia and Europe. After a falling out with Manchester United, Ronaldo obtained a transfer to the Saudi Pro League during the winter transfer window of the previous campaign. The 38-year-old failed to win a title in his debut year at All Nassr, but he did excel on a few times with his outstanding on-field work.

When Ronaldo openly criticized the team and manager Erik Ten Hag in an interview with Piers Morgan, his time at Manchester United came to an unpleasant conclusion. As soon as he made the decision to leave Europe and join Al Nassr, the English giants dissolved his contract.

The weather in Saudi Arabia is a significant change, according to Ronaldo, one of the best players ever. However, he has now adjusted to the heat.

In his function as a LiveScore ambassador, he noted, “The biggest difference I have found in Saudi is obviously the heat and adapting schedules to train later in the day when it is cooler.” But I’ve grown to genuinely accept it at this point. As he continued, he said, “The fans here have been fantastic to me, embracing me and those who follow me to continue on this beautiful path.

The renowned player said that he is happy of his time spent playing club football in Europe and winning every club championship there.

Every league and nation is unique, and I’m really happy to have played in three different European leagues (and won championships in each of them),” he said.

Other Saudi clubs are pursuing top players from Europe who are 30 after Ronaldo’s significant transfer, as recently Karim Benzema joined Al Ittihad and Chelsea’s Ngolo Kante is anticipated to play in the Saudi Pro League.

“It hasn’t shocked me, but I’m incredibly delighted to see that the Saudi Pro League is now being watched by people all over the globe. I think the league will keep growing, and a lot more players from European leagues will come play here,” he said.
