After an argument, a 30-year-old man was beaten to death in UP Village

Police said on Friday that a 30-year-old man was killed in a town nearby after being struck with a wooden stick during an altercation.

According to the Bara Sant Lal Saroj Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), the incident happened on Thursday night when victim Chandrashekhar Bhartiya got into a fight with a guy named Jitendra Singh.

The officer said that Jitendra Singh had destroyed Bhartiya’s tea shop a few days before and that during their argument, Singh hit him with a stick, leaving Bhartiya unconscious.

The victim was taken to a hospital by his family members, where he passed away.

“We filed a FIR and detained the accused based on the allegation. The post-mortem examination of the corpse has been ordered, according to the ACP.
