Almost two lakh students are expected to appear on the last day of the UP Board 10th and 12th exams 2024

UP Board Exam 2024: Today, March 9, marks the conclusion of the UP Board’s high school and intermediate exams. The class 12 language subject examinations in Gujarati, Urdu, and Punjabi will take place at 3409 testing sites during the first shift today. On the other hand, 1091 test centers will host the examinations for topics in the vocational and intermediate categories. A total of 95983 individuals, comprising 63508 high school candidates and 32475 intermediate candidates, have enrolled for these tests.

Exams for disaster management for high school electricians will be administered at one testing center during the second shift. Today, the state’s 5613 test centers will host the class 12 culture and agriculture exam. The UPMSP test 2024 will be taken on March 9th, and there will be 1,27,978 candidates total—37 high school applicants and 1,27,941 intermediate candidates.

As a result, 2,23,924 students would show up for the final test day today, according to UP Board Secretary Dibya Kant Shukla.

Additionally, over 55 lakh pupils applied this year for the classes 10 and 12 examinations, with 25,77,997 applicants in the intermediate category and 29,47,311 candidates in the high school category.

On March 16 and lasting until March 31, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) will start evaluating answer papers from intermediate and high school students. The board has, however, decided not to do any assessment work from March 24 to 26. 52,295 examiners have been assigned to review 1.25 crore answer sheets from intermediate tests, and 94,802 examiners have been assigned to the massive duty of analyzing 1.76 crore high school answer sheets.

For the purpose of evaluating class 12 answer sheets, 116 assessment centers and 131 evaluation centers, respectively, have been established. Among the 260 centers, 177 non-government-aided secondary schools and 83 government-aided schools have been named assessment hubs.
