Man Beheads Sister in Uttar Pradesh Over Relationship, Walks To Police Station With Sawn Head

A 22-year-old man was apprehended by Uttar Pradesh police on Friday in Barabanki as he was on his way to the police station with his sister’s severed head, whom he had reportedly murdered because of their relationship.

According to reports, Riyaz (22), and his sister Aashifa (18), got into a fight at the Mithwara hamlet in the Fatehpur neighborhood of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh.

What did the cops say?
Ashutosh Mishra, the Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), claims that Riyaz beheaded his sister with a sharp object.

According to information provided by the police, Aashifa recently eloped with her lover Chand Babu, who also lives in the same area.A few days later, the police located Aashifa and detained Babu after receiving a complaint from the woman’s relatives.

The ASP also mentioned how quickly a police squad arrived at the scene of the woman’s beheading.

After gathering the necessary proof, the corpse was submitted for an autopsy.

Locals said that Riyaz was against his sister’s relationship, and the two often argued about it, according to the police.

According to the ASP, a case has been filed and the suspect has been taken into custody.
