Muslim student unable to sleep, sent to Meerut for examination in the Muzaffarnagar Slap Row

The Muslim youngster was sent to Meerut on Sunday for a medical evaluation after he complained of being disturbed and having trouble falling asleep the night before. The Muslim boy had been slapped by his classmates in Muzaffarnagar on the teacher’s instructions.

The youngster has returned home and is well, according to the boy’s parents.

The youngster was taken to Meerut for a checkup after whining that he was disturbed and couldn’t sleep all night. The kid was healthy, according to the doctor. Irshad, the class 2 youngster’s father, told PTI that the student grew upset when various people, including media, questioned him about the Neha Public School incident.

The father said that there would be no compromise with the incidental school instructor Tripta Tyagi when questioned about it.

As long as his family agrees, the youngster will be accepted to a government elementary school, according to authorities at the education department.

According to them, the department would also make it easier for other pupils enrolled at Neha Public School in the hamlet of Khabbupur, where the event occurred on Friday, to transfer.

The youngster who received the slap does not want his son to continue his education at Neha Public School, according to his father. The youngster stated his desire to attend the village’s public elementary school when the block education officer met with him. If his family agrees, his enrollment at the public school will take place on Monday, according to Muzaffarnagar Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) Shubham Shukla, who spoke to PTI.

Irshad said that the family has not made a decision on enrolling his kid in a government school since the youngster is troubled.

According to BSA Shukla, the private school in the hamlet of Khabbupur won’t be shut down, and regular classes will go on as usual.

“The department has requested clarity from the institution about its relationship within a month. From one to five students are taught in each lesson, according to the BSA.

The Uttar Pradesh government’s basic education division is associated with Neha Public School. The school currently has 50 pupils enrolled.

When asked whether schoolteacher Tyagi will keep teaching there, Shukla said that it would depend on what the police did to her.

The BSA also said that the block education officer will visit Neha Public School on Monday to set up any preparations needed for kids who wanted to attend for academic purposes.

In the village, there is a government elementary school. Children will enroll there if they desire to. Since they have already paid the tuition, students who want to continue their education at a private institution may. The department will handle all the paperwork, including obtaining transfer certificates for the kids, so the parents won’t have to worry about it, according to the BSA.

Police on Saturday arrested Tyagi, the schoolteacher accused of making racial remarks and forcing her pupils to spank a Muslim classmate for not completing his homework, as fury erupted from all sides.

The education department also sent the school a warning in relation to the situation.

Tyagi was charged with violating IPC sections 504 (intentional insult with purpose to cause breach of the peace) and 323 (penalty for intentionally inflicting harm) after the boy’s family filed a complaint. These are both non-cognizable offenses. Such offenses call for a warrant, are subject to bail, and do not result in an instant arrest.

The incident occurred the day after a video surfaced in which Tyagi, a teacher at Khubbapur Village’s Neha Public School, was seen inciting her pupils to smack a Class 2 kid and making racial remarks.

Tyagi argued in her defense that the video had been altered to inflame resentment. She said that the boy’s uncle took the video.

While getting a kid slapped by his classmates was improper, according to Tyagi, she was compelled to do it since she is disabled and couldn’t rise up to reach the student who hadn’t completed his task.
