On April 20, the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council, or UP Board, released the results for Classes 10 and 12. 89.55 percent of students passed the high school test and 82.60% of kids passed the intermediate exam, according to results that were made public at 2:00 pm on Saturday. With a 97.8% score in the intermediate test, Sitapur native Shubham Verma took top place in the state.

But many people are moved by the tale of Mehdi Hasan from Ghorauli in the Ballia area. Hasan sold bracelets and bangles, but he still did very well in the intermediate test, finishing first in the Ballia district with 482 out of 500 points.

The manner in which Hasan performed so well on the test has enthused and motivated today’s children, and it is a hot subject of conversation across the district. Mehdi Hasan’s mother, Maroon, expressed her happiness and claimed that her son diligently pursued his education while juggling domestic responsibilities and selling things, all while speaking with Local18.

“We are residents of Ghorauli village under Sadar tehsil of the district,” Maroon said. My kid used to labor around the home and sell bracelets, bangles, and other products at the business. In addition to working tirelessly, he dedicated himself to his studies. Happiness is impossible to put into words. While recounting his path, Mehdi said he had lofty dreams and wanted to become an IAS official in order to serve his nation.

“I come from an ordinary family,” he said. My schooling was provided by Ganga Bhaiya Inter College, Taghrauli, which is situated quite away from my residence. The family members together manage a little business on the platform in front of the home. I studied with all my heart and commitment in addition to my job since I had a tremendous desire of accomplishing something amazing. In the Intermediate test, I received 482 points out of 500, or 96.40 percent. My goal is to join the IAS in order to serve my nation.

Sirajuddin, his father, said he was shocked and very proud of his son’s accomplishment, pointing out that Mehdi’s victory has made headlines across the community. “The happiness that my son has given by overcoming the difficult circumstances at home was not expected in reality,” Sirajuddin said. Everywhere you turn these days, there’s talk about my son, who sells bracelets and bangles.
