The World Bank’s involvement would be beneficial for up, says CM Adityanath

According to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh is a state with boundless potential, and its partnership with the World Bank would be advantageous and rewarding for the state.

Adityanath welcomed a World Bank team to the state, headed by its executive director Parameswaran Iyer, and said that through deliberate efforts, Uttar Pradesh had emerged from the category of a Bimaru state and had grown to become the largest economy in the nation.

According to the chief minister’s comments, according to the most recent NITI Aayog statistics, Uttar Pradesh has been successful in lifting its 5.5 crore residents out of poverty during the last six years. According to him, Uttar Pradesh is a state with boundless potential, and its partnership with the World Bank would be advantageous and successful for the state.

 

The World Bank has praised the efforts done over the last six years under the direction of Chief Minister Adityanath with the goal of achieving total development in Uttar Pradesh, the statement claims. Iyer said that Yogi Adityanath’s leadership has resulted in a great deal of positive work being done both nationally and in Uttar Pradesh during the last six years.

 

He said that although the World Bank’s primary focus has always been on eradicating poverty, environmental protection is now receiving particular attention. According to the team, Uttar Pradesh can have a significant impact in this area.
