A private instructor in Dubai, age 25, was paid Rs 2.5 lakh to do a child’s homework

In 2020, a 25-year-old guy relocated to the United Arab Emirates to work for a global teaching company. He has collaborated with some of the wealthiest families in Dubai. The instructor said that he had a connection with the nannies even if the parents weren’t always around. Dinner and beverages were offered to the instructor. He said, “It was almost like I was a part of the family, kind of like a big brother.”

Following an arts and crafts activity, the tutor reminded one of his pupils that they needed to tidy up. In response, the pupil said, “Certainly not. You are not paid by me to clean. “I pay her to clean,” the nanny said, gesturing to her.

The sibling of another student advised him to “not bother doing any work” since their father would “sort it out.” According to Business Insider, the instructor was subsequently paid $3,000 (about Rs 2.5 lakh) to do his coursework.

The instructor went on to say that parents would declare war in order to force him to educate their children. He stated, “They would offer to pay double, triple, or even more to convince me to come to them instead if they knew I would be at one client’s house at a time they wanted.”

Amazing bonuses and advice
One day, the tutor’s class malfunctioned and he was late for it. He explained the explanation to the mother of the pupil. She offered him $7,000 (about Rs 5.8 lakh) in cash in the next class to cover the repairs. The family left him a substantial gratuity at the end of the year, over $20,000 (about Rs 16.7 lakh).

He was employed by a Russian family last year to care after their two children, ages four and six. Their family had scheduled a two-month voyage along the Italian coast aboard their own boat. Before long, the teacher was jet skiing, paddle boarding, visiting wineries, and dining on fine cuisine on a boat.

He said, “They had hired me to be a glorified babysitter for their kids, entertaining and playing with them while speaking English to them.”
