The YouTube video shows the street seller transporting boxes of ripe avocados from his vehicle to his food station while upholding stringent cleanliness requirements. After that, butter-covered bread pieces are cooked on a griddle until they become golden brown. Then he delicately slices the avocado in half, then removes and mashes the creamy flesh into a dish.

The chef then adds green chutney, salt, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mashed avocados, giving the toast an Indian flair. Then he adds the finely chopped onions and tomatoes to the mixture, mixing them together with skill. After toasting to perfection, liberally pour the avocado mixture on top. A last flourish consists of a scattering of other seeds to round out the flavor.
