A service worker is seen in the video throwing the musical instrument into the baggage carrier. Passengers who have had similar instances are more irate as a result of this thoughtless behavior, which has raised general concerns about baggage safety. People on social media are already criticizing airlines for their carelessness and calling for more responsibility as well as consideration for the possessions of customers.

Two members of the ground crew can be seen in the video scooping up the musical instrument and then carelessly tossing it into the baggage truck. The person checking baggage ignores the warnings even though the instrument has an obvious, delicate marking on it. “Is this the way you handle fragile item?” the guy asked Ratan Tata and Air India. “Please share this video with your friends and challenge the Air India Authorities,” he said.

While several social media users berated Air India for disobeying the regulations, one person offered information about why ground crew members handle bags so carelessly.

One commenter said, “Hey pals, For two years, I was employed in this sector. This is an absurd quantity of labor effort that is needed. The runway is devoid of any kind of shade, and handling companies often pay these loaders very little. There are around 250–300 suitcases every trip, each weighing approximately 12 kg on average. Every day, they do ten to twelve flights. Therefore, if you own anything really valuable, there are firms that can securely transfer your belongings at a premium cost. Please don’t whine about this if you don’t want to pay such fees for a delicate courier or cargo.

“All airlines do the same thing,” said another. This is not an exception. depressing truth

“It even has the ‘fragile’ sticker, which is visible from here,” someone wrote. This is not right. I’m hoping you also tweeted about this.

One remark said, “This is why I have anger issues.”

“They will throw harder when the handle safe sticker is there; that’s their mind,” another commenter said.

Views on the video had exceeded three million. What opinions do you have on this?
