Two Women Become In-laws After Thirty Years of Best Friendship

“The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb,” goes the proverb. It implies that ties with friends and relatives might sometimes be more significant than ties with one’s own family. Individuals hope that their relationship will last forever and that their kids will have the same connection. Toni Wells and Beth Thomas, two of my dearest friends, had a similar situation.
