The ‘Chak De India’ females didn’t have to film running sequences when they were menstruating, according to Vidya Malvade: “YRF employed someone to do that.”

The most notable aspect of Vidya Malvade’s career is her role in “Chak De India!” One of the greatest sports dramas with a strong sense of patriotism in Hindi movie history is the Shah Rukh Khan film. Vidya spoke about the movie and her recollections of it in a recent interview. Vidya was full of compliments for the production company for organizing the shoot, which had sixteen females in the movie.

The actress said that a girl who was on her period was not instructed to undertake running scenes during those days since Yash Raj Films, the film’s producer, showed such compassion for all the female characters. In an interview, Vidya said that YRF had employed an individual to monitor the onset dates of each girl’s menstruation.

“I think I have to give this to Yash Raj because there could have been a lot of chaos—we were 16 girls, not easy to handle,” she said to Bollywood Hungama. There was so much attention to detail that they had one aunty who was in charge of us and knew when our periods would arrive. We were also prohibited from participating in the field running shoots, but instead, we could take breaks and engage in other activities when we were on our period.”

Another consensus is that “Chak De India” is among SRK’s greatest films. Shimit Amin directed the motion picture.
Vidya’s next appearance is in the Aayush Sharma film “Ruslaan.”
