Amit Shah arrives in Patna for a full day of exploring Lakhisarai

Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, arrived in Patna, the capital of Bihar, on Thursday for a one-day trip to Lakhisarai.

On Thursday morning, Amit Shah flew to Patna from the airport in Delhi.

Lalan Singh, the president of the JDU and a member of the Lok Sabha, will be speaking at the event, which will be held at Lakhisarai in the Munger Lok Sabha constituency.

Nityanand Rai, a minister of state for home affairs, told ANI that following the rally, Shah would proceed visit Vijay Kumar Sinha, the leader of the opposition in the state assembly, where the Lok Sabha Core Committee will convene.

The minister said that Amit Shah will go from Patna to Lakhisarai by helicopter.

As part of the party’s “Sampark Se Samarthan” Abhiyan, the Home Minister will perform Puja at the revered Ashok Dham temple and meet with its trustees. After that, he will proceed directly to the Gandhi Maidan rally site, where he will address the crowd about the passing of the Modi administration’s nine-year mark.

Rai said that this visit, like his previous ones to the state, would be historic.

“Amit Shah’s visits to Bihar have all been notable and productive… The same thing will take place this time as well, and thousands of people will attend the gathering to hear Amit Bhai speak. Not only is the BJP getting ready for Amit Shah’s rally, but the residents of Munger are also eagerly getting ready for the big event. The people of Munger are really eager to elect Narendra Modi ji as prime minister once again in 2024, the minister added.

Notably, this is Shah’s sixth trip to the state in the last nine months since the coalition government in the state was overthrown in August 2022 when Nitish Kumar severed relations with the BJP, removing Shah’s party from office.
