Bihar: A young man in Patna makes gun threats CM of Bihar Nitish Kumar was detained

On Tuesday, a guy who had threatened to shoot Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was arrested by the Patna Police. Two people had already been held in relation to the case, according to Patna Police SDPO (Law and Order) Krishna Murari Prasad, who verified the arrest. The third suspect was captured on Tuesday.
The accused said disparagingly against Nitish Kumar.

Vishesh Chaturvedi, the accused, is a resident of the Patna area and was a student in Mumbai. Last month, Chaturvedi insulted CM Kumar by using derogatory and threatening words in an interview with a YouTube channel.

Police took notice of the situation when the YouTube video became popular on social media, and on February 14 they filed a formal complaint (FIR) at Patna’s Kotwali police station against him and two other people under the IT Act and IPC Sections 353, 504, 505, and 506.

Three people in all were detained.
After filing the FIR, police were able to apprehend two of the defendants and were looking for the third. On Tuesday, Chaturvedi was taken into custody from his hometown in the NTPC Barh area. According to police, the defendant admitted to the crime.
